ORDER

Before the Court is appellant's August 14, 2017, third motion to extend time to file appellant's brief. Appellant seeks an additional sixty-day extension, listing various conflicts and noting the reporter's record consists of twenty-four volumes and the clerk's record consists of six volumes.

We note the brief was originally due June 24, 2017, and is currently due August 25, 2017. We GRANT appellant's motion to the extent we ORDER appellant's brief filed on or before September 25, 2017. If appellant's brief is not filed by September 25, 2017, this appeal may be abated for the trial court to make findings in accordance with rule of appellate procedure 38.8. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(b)(2).
