ROBERT ARTHUR MOSES, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 219th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 219-81377-2015

ORDER

ERIN A. NOWELL, JUSTICE.

Before us is appellant's motion for an extension of time to file his brief. We note that appellant filed his brief before we ruled on his motion and before the record was filed. The deadline for filing appellant's brief will not be set until the record is filed in this case. Therefore, if appellant desires, he may file an amended brief after the record is filed. Once the record is filed, appellant may contact this Court's clerk and make arrangements to obtain the record. We DENY appellant's motion for extension of time to file his brief as moot and premature.
