In an action brought to rescind a contract whereby the plaintiff sold to defendant Terry his interest in a partnership and a corporation engaged in the business of producing animated moving picture cartoons, on the ground that the sale had been induced by fraud on the part of the individual defendants, judgment dismissing the complaint unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
