MARCUS DON MOSELEY, Appellant v. PHYLLIS NOBLES MOSELEY, Appellee

On Appeal from the 303rd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. DF-19-22893

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

The reporter's record is past due. On August 16, 2021, we directed appellant to file, within ten days, proof that he has requested preparation of the reporter's record and has paid or made arrangements to pay the reporter's fee. We cautioned appellant that failure to comply may result in an order that the appeal be submitted without the reporter's record. As of today's date, appellant has not complied. Accordingly, we ORDER the appeal be submitted without the reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c).

Appellant's brief on the merits is due within thirty days of the date of this order.
