Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Walter Moseley, filed July 20, 2021, and the recitals therein, as well as petitioner Monica Moseley's failure to respond to the Court's Order directing that she provide an objection, if any, to the granting of the motion and any information on whether a duly appointed fiduciary has been or will be appointed by a court of competent jurisdiction to represent decedent or decedent's estate in this Tax Court case, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is granted and so much of this case as pertains to Walter Mosely, Deceased is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read "Monica Moseley, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
