STIPULATED MOTION TO EXTEND TIME FOR FILING DISCOVERY PLAN/SCHEDULING ORDER (FIRST REQUEST)
Per Docket Entry No. 10, a discovery plan and scheduling order are due on October 23, 2023. Counsel for the parties have held a Rule 26(f) conference but are still discussing aspects of the proposed discovery plan and case schedule. In order to allow them to complete those discussions and potentially narrow or resolve areas of disagreement, the parties respectfully request a three-day extension of the time to file the discovery plan and proposed scheduling order, from October 23 to October 26, 2023.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
