ORDER

JOSEPH W. NEGA, JUDGE

On September 3, 2021, respondent filed with the court a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. On September 24, 2021, respondent filed a First Supplement to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.

On September 27, 2021, this case was called and recalled from the calendar at the remote Trial Session of the Court at Hartford, Connecticut. Petitioner appeared and asked to speak to legal counsel. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard on the pending Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. When this case was recalled, Sara Spodick entered an appearance on behalf of petitioner and made an oral Motion for Continuance. Respondent had no objection to petitioner's oral Motion for Continuance.

Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERD that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, as supplemented, is held in abeyance. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's oral Motion for Continuance is granted, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 12, 2021, respondent shall file a stipulated decision or a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
