Appellant appeals a summary final judgment in favor of the appellee in an action on a foreign judgment.

The record on appeal discloses that there are genuine issues of material fact which have not been eliminated by the movant for summary judgment. Ratner v. Hensley, 303 So.2d 41 (Fla. 3d DCA 1974).

Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
