LC No. 09-010063-DP

ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Chief Judge

Christopher M. Murray, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because it was not filed within 21 days after entry of the September 17, 2021 order deciding the motion for postjudgment relief. Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a delayed application for leave to appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.

The Court also notes that the claim of appeal filed by appellant's counsel should have been filed through this Court's electronic filing system as required by Amended Administrative Order Number 2014-23 for filings submitted by attorneys.
