This case is currently set for trial at the Court's February 28, 2022, San Diego, California trial session. On January 7, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance, advising that "petitioner was committed to the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prison . . . beginning at 12:00 PM on February 21, 2022". On January 6, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report stating that respondent does not object to petitioner's motion for continuance "on the condition that petitioner surrenders into custody" by February 21, 2022. We will set petitioner's motion for hearing on February 28, 2022, and will grant the motion after the status of petitioner's surrender is confirmed. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance, filed January 6, 2022, is set for hearing at the Court's February 28, 2022, San Diego, California trial session in Room 4228, 4th Floor, Federal Building, 880 Front Street, San Diego, California, 92101, scheduled to begin at 10:00 am PT. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before the call of this case from the calendar, the parties shall file status reports advising the Court of the status of petitioner's surrender into custody.
