ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge

Pursuant to Court Order, the parties filed a joint status report on December 28, 2021. The report states that petitioners provided to respondent a Form 8857, Request for Innocent Spouse Relief, as well as a supplemental statement to Form 8857 with respect to petitioner Jill H. Morrow's request for innocent spouse relief. Respondent's counsel has sent the Innocent Spouse Package to respondent's Cincinnati Centralized Innocent Spouse Operation ("CCISO") for consideration of petitioner Jill H. Morrow's request for innocent spouse relief. The parties anticipate the CCISO to make a determination in the next two to three months. The parties are engaged in settlement discussions and anticipate that a basis for settlement will be reached.

Upon due consideration, it is, ORDERED that on or before April 29, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court stipulated decision document or file a joint report as to then then-present status of this case.
