By Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered March 19, 2024, this case was dismissed for petitioner's failure to pay the filing fee and to file an amended petition. Subsequently, on April 9, 2024, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee and a First Amended Petition.

Accordingly, upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered March 19, 2024, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is granted, and the Court's $60.00 filing fee for this case is waived. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 10, 2024, respondent shall either file an Answer or move with respect to the First Amended Petition.
