ORDER

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session. On September 24, 2021, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance of trial. The motion states that more time is needed to allow Cincinnati Centralized Innocent Spouse Operation (CCISO) time to review and issue a determination with respect to Jill H. Morrow's request for innocent spouse relief.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' joint motion for continuance is granted and this case is stricken for trial from the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 28, 2021, the parties shall file a joint report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
