This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 14, 2022, for cases in which Richmond, Virginia, is the place of trial.

On October 14, 2022, the parties filed a status report. In that report, the parties represent that that they are "diligently working toward a resolution of this case" and request additional time to file a signed proposed stipulated decision with the Court. Accordingly, the Court will recharacterize the parties' filing appropriately.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' status report filed October 14, 2022, is recharacterized as the parties' motion for continuance. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' motion for continuance filed October 14, 2022, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's November 14, 2022, Richmond, Virginia, trial session and is continued generally.
