An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 10, 2018, And defendants-appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect said appeal until 90 days after the expiration of a stay imposed by the trial court, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeal to the May 2020 Term, with leave to seek additional extensions if necessary.
