This case is calendered for trial at the September 6, 2022, Columbia, South Carolina, Trial Session of the Court. On May 19, 2022, the Court issued an order to Show Cause why the Court should not dismiss this case for lack of Jurisdiction on he ground that the petition was not timely filed.

Upon due consideration and for cause, is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar cal on September 6, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that Jurisdiction is retained by he undersigned judge.
