This case is set on the Court's remote trial calendar for Los Angeles, California, scheduled to be called on September 13, 2021. On August 24, 2021, respondent filed a motion for leave to file status report out of time and filed a status report which states that the parties have arrived at a basis for settlement.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for leave to file status report out of time is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's remote trial calendar for Los Angeles, California, scheduled to be called on September 13, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 27, 2021, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or respondent shall file a status report. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction over this case is retained by the undersigned.
