Appellant Jessica Morris having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Cayuga on March 30, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jessica Morris sworn to December 24, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affidavit of Andrew S. Fusco, Esq., sworn to January 8, 2013, and the affirmation of Guy K. Krogh, Esq., dated January 8, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant Jessica Morris shall perfect the appeal on or before March 25, 2013, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, appellant Jessica Morris' appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
