ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Stephen R. Morris ("Morris") appeals from the motion court's denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. Morris argues he received ineffective assistance of counsel in that his guilty plea was involuntary, unknowing, and unintelligent. The record plainly refutes Morris's claims and his plea was not involuntary or unknowing. We affirm the motion court's judgment.

No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. We have, however, provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. The judgment of the motion court is affirmed under Rule 84.16(b).
