Having determined that this Court is without jurisdiction to consider the petition for review under any or all of the jurisdictional bases described in article V, section 3(b)( 3) and 3(b)(7)-(9), Florida Constitution, the petition is hereby dismissed. See Jackson v. State, 926 So. 2d 1262 (Fla. 2006); Stallworth v. Moore, 827 So. 2d 974 (Fla. 2002); Grate v. State, 750 So. 2d 625 (Fla. 1999); Jenkins v. State, 385 So. 2d 1356 (Fla. 1980).

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court.
