Appellant Coujaunia Morris is proceeding pro se in this appeal from the trial court's October 3, 2023 judgment in favor of Home SFR Borrower LLC and ordering that SFR recover possession of the premises and ordering the issuance of a writ of possession by October 13, 2023. The Court also ordered the supersedeas bond to stay execution of the judgment was set at $15,720.

On November 29, 2023, appellant filed a motion to stay the issuance of a writ of possession. On the same date, appellant filed a motion for emergency hearing to stay the writ of possession. Appellant does not state that she has filed a supersedeas bond.

The motions are denied. See Tex. Prop. Code § 24.007 (prohibiting stay of writ of possession unless appellant within 10 days of signing of judgment files a supersedeas bond in amount set by trial court).

It is so ORDERED.
