ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is set for hearing when the case is called from the at the place shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served January 30, 2024, for a time and date certain of Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are excused from appearing on Monday, May 6, 2024, as previously directed and need not comply with the obligations imposed upon them in the Standing Pretrial Order, served January 30, 2024.

The Court is inclined to grant the motion. The hearing will focus on the future actions the parties intend to take in order to prepare the case for trial or to resolve it without the need for one.
