This case is presently calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 2, 2022, in San Diego, California. On April 27, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report informing the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement in this case.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the May 2, 2022, San Diego, California, session of the Court and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 27, 2022, the parties shall file (1) a stipulated decision or (2) a joint status report (or separate reports if this is not possible) of the then-present status of this case.
