Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event, upon the ground that it was error manifestly prejudicial to the defendant to receive in evidence the photograph of the decedent lying dead in a mangled condition. Jenks, P.J., Mills, Rich, Kelly and Jaycox, JJ., concur.
