Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on December 17, 2012, and the attorney for the child Keira H., having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve her brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Krystal M. Harrington, Esq., sworn to January 24, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of Linda M. Campbell, Esq., dated January 27, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before March 10, 2014, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
