RONALD DUANE MORGAN, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

David Gustafson, Judge.

Trial in this case is scheduled for the Court's Detroit session beginning September 6, 2022, but the Commissioner has filed a motion asking the Court to "continue" the case--i.e., to remove it from the trial calendar--because the parties have reached a "potential settlement". The motion states that petitioner does not object to the continuance of the case. It is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion is granted, that this case is stricken from the calendar of the Court's upcoming Detroit trial session, and that the case is continued generally.
