The petition commencing this case was filed on June 3, 2021. By order issued August 31, 2021, the Court directed petitioners to file a proper amended petition by October 15, 2021. Upon further review the Court concludes that the petition filed June 3, 2021, suffices and that petitioners need not file a proper amended petition by October 15, 2021.
