ORDER

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on respondent's oral motion for subpoena hearing, made on May 8, 2024, when the case was recalled from the calendar in New York, New York, for hearing on respondent's motion for continuance, filed April 2, 2024. Counsel for the parties appeared at the hearing and were heard with respect to each motion.

Premises considered, and for cause appearing more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance is granted, and this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's oral motion for document subpoena hearing is granted, and this case is scheduled for hearing on the status of the case at the Court's Washington, DC, special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at which time any third-party subpoenas may be returnable. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than June 24, 2024, respondent shall file a status report advising the Court whether the third-parties have complied with the subpoenas and if a hearing is no longer necessary.
