MINUTE ORDER

This minute order is issued pursuant to the express authority of the Honorable Robert E. Blackburn, United States District Judge for the District of Colorado.

The matter is before the court on Defendants' Unopposed Motion For Clarification of Briefing Schedule and For Leave To File 20 Page Reply Briefs in Support of Their Motions To Dismiss [#80] filed February 4, 2013. The motion is granted. The replies shall be due on or before February 15, 2013, and may be up to 20 pages in length.

"[#80]" is an example of the convention I use to identify the docket number assigned to a specific paper by the court's electronic case filing and management system (CM/ECF). I use this convention throughout this order.
