Moreno v. Thompson

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Oct 16, 1984
456 So. 2d 976 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1984)

Opinion

No. 84-411.

October 16, 1984.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Dade County; Edmund W. Newbold, Judge.

Joseph Nazzaro, Golden Beach, for appellant.

Frank H. Alvarez, Miami, and Maria G. Rodriguez, Coral Gables, for appellee.

Before HENDRY, BASKIN and DANIEL S. PEARSON, JJ.

This is an appeal from orders disallowing the claim of a creditor filed more than three years after the death of the decedent.

We hold that the trial judge was correct in ruling that the claim is barred by Section 735.206(3)(f), Florida Statutes (1981). No error having been demonstrated, the orders appealed are affirmed.

Affirmed.
