This case is calendared for trial at the April 18, 2022, Miami, Florida, Trial Session of the Court.

On March 16, 2022, respondent filed a Motion For Continuance (motion) stating this case is still pending in the Office of Appeals Division of the Internal Revenue Service and that this case has not been assigned to an Appeals Officer. Respondent was unable to determine petitioners' views on the granting of this motion. Upon due consideration, it is ORDERED that, on or before March 31, 2022, petitioners shall file a response to respondent's motion. 1
