We affirm the order denying appellant's motion to disqualify the trial judge. Appellee's motion to relinquish jurisdiction is treated by this court as a confession of error. Upon consideration thereof, the final judgment of foreclosure is reversed, and this case is remanded for further proceedings. See Bennett v. Cont'l Chems., Inc., 492 So. 2d 724 (Fla. 1st DCA 1986).
