This case is currently calendared on the Court's March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial session. On March 24, 2022, the parties filed a joint proposed stipulated decision. Upon review, the document references a stipulation, however, no corresponding stipulation has been filed.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's March 28, 2022, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that on or before April 1, 2022, the parties shall file either a settlement stipulation or a revised proposed stipulated decision document. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
