ORDER

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on October 17, 2022, in Hartford, Connecticut. On September 14, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. By Order served on the parties on September 16, 2022, the Court ordered petitioners to show cause in writing, on or before September 30, 2022, why this case should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution. On October 14, 2022, pursuant to the Court's Standing Pretrial Order served on the parties on June 16, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. In addition on that same day, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision that resolves this case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the October 17, 2022, Hartford, Connecticut Trial Session of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, served on the parties on September 16, 2022, is discharged. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed September 14, 2022, is denied as moot.
