Petitioner husband Ryan Morehead is listed on the Petition in this case, as well as the Notice of Deficiency upon which this case is based; however, his name was not added to the caption of the case..

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the caption of this case be amended to read "Jennifer Morehead and Ryan Morehead, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent."
