This case is calendared for trial at the September 6, 2022, Hartford, Connecticut, Trial Session of the Court. 

On August 15, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report indicating the parties reached a basis of settlement in this case, and that respondent is conceding the I.R.C. § 6662 penalty proposed for petitioners 2018 tax year.  Upon due consideration and for cause, it is        

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's September 6, 2022, Hartford, Connecticut, Trial Session.  Petitioners are not expected to appear at the calendar call on Tuesday, September 6, 2022.  It is further        

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.  It is further 

ORDERED that, on or before September 26, 2022, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents.
