ORDER

James S. Halpern, Judge.

These cases are calendared for trial at the Court's April 24, 2023, New Orleans, Louisiana, trial session. On March 15, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance pending the outcome of a Middle District of Louisiana case, United States v. Leonard and Barbara Grigsby, docket No. 19-596, currently on appeal in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals (docket No. 22-30764). It is

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance filed March 15, 2023, is granted, in that these cases are continued and stricken for trial from the above-referenced trial session. It is further

ORDERED that the proceedings in these cases are stayed, pending the resolution of the case in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. It is further

ORDERED that although all proceedings are stayed, the parties shall file on or before June 21, 2023, and every 90 days thereafter, a report as to the then present status of the above cases.
