Plaintiffs-appellants, Maureen Morales, individually and as administratrix for her deceased minor child, Jessica Hupp, and Steven Hupp, appeal a JNOV dismissing their claim for personal injury damages arising out of an automobile accident that occurred on Chef Menteur Highway on November 7, 1993. Jessica Hupp was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Kelly Wichser.
