ORDER TO FORWARD DISC EXHIBIT

PER CURIAM.

This cause is before the Court on the trial court reporter's correspondence which informs us that SX-5, SX-8, AND SX-9 are not able to be copied or converted. Therefore, the court reporter is unable to submit a copy of these exhibits, stored in DVD format, with the reporter's record in the usual manner. The Court is of the opinion that it may need to view the exhibits. Accordingly, the clerk of the trial court and the court reporter together are hereby ordered to forward the original DVDs containing SX-5, SX-8, and SX-9, within ten days from the date of this order.
