The reporter's record has not been filed. On October 19, 2023, this Court ordered appellant to file by January 10, 2024, written notice of payment or arrangements for payment for the reporter's record. On January 31, 2024, appellant filed the docketing statement, signed by appellant's counsel, which states payment arrangements were made with the court reporter. Accordingly, we ORDER Estrella Pineda, Court Reporter, to file on or before MARCH 4, 2024 the complete reporter's record for this appeal. If appellant has not made arrangements with Ms. Pineda to pay for the reporter's record, then Ms. Pineda shall file a written statement to that effect within TEN DAYS of the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Estrella Pineda, Official Court Reporter, County Criminal Court No. 7, Dallas County; and counsel for all parties.
