AMENDED ORDER


On July 22, 2004, the Court issued a Judgment (Docket No. 45)dismissing the instant case and closing it for all statistical purposes. By inadvertent error, and as correctly stated in the Court's Opinion and Order issued on this same date (Docket No. 44), the parents' claims, to wit, Oscar L. Morales and Felicia LaFavor are the only claims dismissed with prejudice. The minors, Gabriel Morales LaFavor and Serenity Morales LaFavor remains as parties to the instant case and their claims shall proceed forth.

Therefore, the Court VACATES the Judgment and REOPENS THE CASE.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
