Oct 20, 1999
741 So. 2d 1274 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1999)

Opinion

Nos. 98-3048, 98-2797.

Opinion filed October 20, 1999.

A Case of Original Jurisdiction — Habeas Corpus, L.T. No. 85-3768.

Leonardo T. Morales, in proper person.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, and Richard L. Polin, Assistant Attorney General, for respondent.

Before COPE, GREEN, and FLETCHER, JJ.

The petition for writ of habeas corpus asserting ineffective assistance of appellate counsel is denied. We find no error with respect to the denial of the motion for postconviction relief under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850, and affirm the denial order.
