LIMITED NOTICE OF APPEARANCE

Pursuant to this Court's Order dated January 10, 2023 (ECF No. 7), the Office of the Attorney General, by and through Aaron D. Ford, Attorney General for the State of Nevada, and Leo T. Hendges, Deputy Attorney General, hereby notifies the Court and the respective parties that it will enter a limited notice of appearance on behalf of Interested Party, the Nevada Department of Corrections (NDOC), for the limited purpose of settlement discussions. As noted in the Screening Order, the filing of this limited notice of appearance on behalf of NDOC does not waive any defenses or objections, including service-related issues, either for NDOC (which has not been served) or any Defendant named in the Complaint or Screening Order.
