The Petition filed to commence this case purports to be signed by both Miguel Morales and Victoria Fox Morales. On July 18, 2024, the Court received a letter from Ms. Morales dated July 1, 2024, calling that into question. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for a status report hearing at the Court's upcoming remote trial session scheduled to commence at 10:00 AM on November 4, 2024, at a time certain of 11:30 AM Eastern. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.
