ORDER

Trial counsel, Charles P. Jones, has filed a motion to remove him as counsel of record in this appeal, stating that he has not been retained or appointed to represent appellant in this appeal. On August 3, 2016, the trial court appointed Michael Young, Chief Public Defender of Bexar County, to represent appellant in this appeal. Therefore, Mr. Jones's motion to remove him as counsel of record in this appeal is GRANTED.
