Finch, Esq., and Christina Mundy, Esq., of MESSNER REEVES, LLP, and Plaintiff BERTHA MORA, by and through counsel of record, Lawrence M. Ruiz, Esq. of RUIZ LAW FIRM, that the above-entitled matter be dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a),with each of the parties to pay their own attorneys' fees and costs incurred herein.

IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED that the trial currently scheduled to commence on January 9, 2023, shall be vacated.

IT IS SO ORDERED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk is instructed to close the case.
