TYLER MORA & NATALIE MORA,Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE,Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case was on the March 4, 2024 Las Vegas, Nevada trial calendar. We continued it because the parties thought it likely to settle. They recently reported they believe ongoing disputes can be resolved through the exchange of further documents, but getting them may end up requiring subpoena. The parties request more time. This is reasonable, and it is therefore

ORDERED that on or before November 8, 2024 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a joint status report describing their progress toward settlement including their plan to obtain any necessary third-party discovery.
