ORDER DISMISSING CASE AS MOOT


Petitioner Juan Carlos Mora-Colado filed his Motion to Vacate under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 on December 1, 2003. The Court was recently informed of Petitioner's unfortunate death on May 24, 2004. Therefore, Petitioner's Motion is rendered moot. The Court hereby DISMISSES this case. The Clerk of Court is directed to close the file forthwith.

SO ORDERED.
