ROBERT M. MOORE AND REBECCA MOORE, Appellants v. THE BRIDGES ON TRAVIS, Appellee

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 2 Grayson County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 2020-2-072CV

ORDER

Before the Court is appellants' July 14, 2020 motion for extension of time to file the docketing statement. Appellants also request to proceed without payment of costs and request preparation of the reporter's record of the June 18, 2020 hearing.

We GRANT the motion. As the clerk's record reflects each of the appellants filed statements of inability to pay costs of court in the trial court and the trial court has not ordered appellants to pay costs, appellants are entitled to proceed without payment of costs, including costs for the appellate record. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 145(a),(c); TEX. R. APP. P. 20.1(b)(1).

We ORDER Tammy Allen, Official Court Reporter for County Court at Law No. 2, to file the reporter's record of the June 18th hearing no later than August 26, 2020. We further ORDER appellants to file the docketing statement no later than August 10, 2020.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Grayson County Clerk Wilma Bush, Ms. Allen, and the parties.
