ORDER
On November 2, 2020, we ordered appellant to file either a motion to dismiss, his brief on the merits, or a status report by December 4th. Before the Court is appellant's December 4th status report. Appellant informs the Court that the parties have executed a settlement agreement which is now awaiting approval in a federal district court. Appellant asks for additional time to allow finalization of their settlement. We GRANT the request to the extent that appellant shall file either a motion to dismiss or a status report on or before January 11, 2021.
